4. Receive Confirmation: Once booked, you'll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips..
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
Preparation: Some treatments may require you to follow specific pre-treatment guidelines. If applicable, these will be shared with you ahead of your appointment.
Punctuality: To ensure you receive the full treatment time and optimal results, please be ready 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Payment: Payments can be made online, we do not accept cash. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
